Tips for others on how to deal with the physical side effects of chemo/cancer: for nausea: smaller more frequent meals. meds, if they work. if they dont work tell your doc and ask for a different med to try. keep trying till they find the one that does work.
Tips for others on how to deal with the mental struggles of chemo/cancer: dont be afraid to ask for help. help in cleaning, preparing food, transportation to and from treatments and appts. people dont know what we need, they sometimes need telling!
